About
Hi, I’m Ellen!
I’m a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP) with a passion for helping people uncover the root causes of their health challenges and restore true vitality—naturally.
Food has always been my love language. I owe much of that to my grandmother, who cooked from scratch every day and taught me the value of real, nourishing meals. But like many of us, once I started school, I was introduced to the world of ultra-processed convenience foods—brightly packaged, addictive, and a far cry from my grandmother’s kitchen (hello, Cheetos!).
My path into holistic health, like so many others, began from personal experience. When my daughter started having frequent stomach pain after meals and conventional care offered no clear answers, I knew there had to be more. That search for deeper understanding led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association, a program that aligned perfectly with my values: an evidence-based, foundational approach that honors the bio-individuality of every body.
What I learned changed my life. I saw firsthand the profound impact nutrition has on every system in the body and the importance of identifying and correcting imbalances—before they turn into chronic illness. I went on to complete advanced training in functional testing, including Gastrointestinal Healing, Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, so I could better understand the root causes of dysfunction and bring deeper healing to my clients.
I don’t believe our genes or age define our health destiny. While genetics play a role, how we live—how we eat, rest, move, and care for ourselves—matters far more. Through my own functional testing journey, I was able to uncover and correct long-standing imbalances that had built up over time. Today, I feel better than I ever have, and that transformation fuels my mission: to help others experience what it means to truly feel well.
I deeply believe that chronic issues can be prevented and reversed, and that we are meant to thrive—not just survive. I’m here to help you reconnect with how good your body is meant to feel, and to walk alongside you with support, insight, and tools that lead to lasting, sustainable wellness.
